When we get to our goals we sometimes don't have a plan to stay healthy. We think, "Well, how do I do this now that I am healthy, but life keeps moving forward?"

My family is still the family I had before I was unhealthy. My friends are the same. How do I make this change so that I can be successful and live this life style instead of having to come back to it in a couple years?
