Our nutritional counseling works to wean you off of harmful processed foods and onto healthy organic alternatives. This lets us know what symptoms you are currently experiencing and lets us plan a course of action. Once that’s done, we take you through the four steps of recovery: detox, cleanse & replenish, restore, and maintain.

Detox, as its name implies, eliminates the impurities and toxins from your system. This might be done through any number of methods, including colon hydrotherapy, coffee enemas and infrared sauna sessions. The Cleanse and Replenish step is about replacing the bad with the good. Here, you’ll start to consume healthier food like our 100% organic juices.

All of this can be a shock to our system. You’ll feel great once it’s over but it takes time for the human body to adjust to major changes in diet, even beneficial ones. The Restore step helps you get past this. The final step, Maintain, involves helping you keep your newfound health. You’ll learn what foods to consume, what kinds of exercises to do and more.

What should I Bring to my Nutrition Counseling Appointment?

Bring a copy of your health history forms, a foods & beverages list for the past three days, any lab results that you’d like to discuss, the names and quantities of any supplements and/or prescriptions you are taking and a list of questions you’d like to ask.

Am I Still Going to be Able to Eat Meat?

We will abstain from fish and all other animal protein for a short season. The notion is to get well first and then discuss a maintenance program that will allow for your renewed commitment to better health.

Will I Lose Weight?


While this is a common question, it is challenging to answer. If you are active and follow the nutritional counseling guidelines, it will be next to impossible not to lose weight. However, if you don’t follow the nutritional counseling plan, you will see little to no results.
