I am not a doctor. I have a Master’s degree in holistic health and an extensive knowledge of nutrition. I have recovered from several health issues using the services that we provide here at the Whole Body Vibe Studio. I believe that our choices are powerful, and that we can affect our health positively or negatively by the food we eat, and the lives we lead.

As someone who has recovered after being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease (yes, I said recovered), I am very motivated to take care of myself, and to support those in need through their health journeys. My intent is to guide and educate those seeking wellness and recovery from health related issues, and to connect with others who can add value to this process. Results will vary from person to person, and nothing written here is a replacement for medical advice. The medical establishment may not agree with me, but I recommend you at least give them an opportunity to advise you in how to recover.
